Returns and Exchanges

• All Sales are FINAL. There will be NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR CREDIT on merchandise that is not defective.Only unused defective merchandise may be returned with pre authorization and a copy of the original receipt and invoice. Items may not be returned for any other reason.
• All items that are handmade with Swarovski Crystals are not returnable.
• Returned items will not be accepted if not in the original packaging and organized exactly as they were sent to you.
• All claims must be within 7 days of receipt. Store credit will be given only on defective merchandise that is no longer in stock.
• Items that have been displayed, offered for sale, or marked in any way are not returnable.
• Original freight fees are not refundable and customers are responsible for all return freight.
